No. Workouts are for educational and informational purposes. See a doctor before starting any exercise program, and stop training if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

The monthly and yearly plans include a 7-day free trial, once per account. You need to add a payment method, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you won't be charged.

Yes. You can cancel at any time in the subscription area of your profile, and premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days for a full refund, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just email support@swimai.pro.

Your training and health data are used only to generate your plans, with your consent, and are never sold. To access, correct or delete your data — or close your account — email privacy@swimai.pro. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
